Lantmännen IT is currently on a change journey, revisiting our strategy, operative model and organization. On this journey, we are building up new competency inhouse in certain areas. We are therefore looking for a Manager for Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms, to be part of building the next chapter! Together – towards smarter ways of working.

This is what you will do

As Manager Infrastructure & Cloud Platform, you will have the overall responsibility for the IT platform and team dedicated to our Infrastructure & Cloud Services within the Lantmännen group. This is a unique opportunity to set direction and drive the development within this area and be part of the transformation that our IT organization is currently undergoing.

Together with your team, you are responsible for providing IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services to all business units and companies within the Lantmännen Group. This means that you will manage, monitor and support various processes and procedures for an effective delivery of services and implement best practices. Since we are operating in an IT-environment with a high degree of IT-outsourcing, this role also includes managing both internal and external relationships and collaborations, developing our services continuously. The role also contains managerial responsibility of a team of IT Solutions Specialist and architects, and you will work with every aspect of leadership where you will motivate, develop and steer your employees in the right direction. Since we are in a transformation this responsibility also includes developing skills and you will have responsibility for the business plan, budget and continuous follow-up and you are part of IT Operation Management team.

In this position you will report to Head of IT Operations and you will be located at Lantmännens headquarters in Stockholm or at our office in Malmö. Travelling, mainly within the Nordic countries, may occur under normal circumstances.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Experience of managing and developing infrastructure and cloud services in a Microsoft environment, in a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience from leading others in an IT organization with proven ability to optimize organizational effectiveness.
• Experience from leading through transformation processes within infrastructure and cloud.
• Strong trouble-shooting and technical skills with a good understanding of network, Windows servers and Azure Cloud practices.
• Great knowledge in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
