What You'll Be Doing
Onboard our most valuable accounts, making sure that they are ready and set up to succeed.
Maintaining great contact with your book of accounts via periodic meetings and touch points.
Be the premium point of contact for the entire organisational needs of your accounts (Bis Dev, Marketing, and Sales).
Serve as the liaison between our customers, product team, sales, marketing, etc, in order to communicate their needs and pain points.
Act as a business consultant and coach your accounts with strategies, advice, and best practices.
Identify and act on both upsell opportunities and known risk behaviours.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable within HTML, CRM and Marketing Automation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Fluent in English
