Welcome to Operational Risk Process Support. We are responsible that our non-financial risk processes are well defined and fulfil Nordea’s internal guidelines and external regulations. We provide risk management partnering (facilitation & training), implementation, continuous process development and supporting in internal instructions. We create value by making non-financial risk management processes easy to understand and use. We engage with business in our development activities and ensure a continuous dialogue with them.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting priorities for process development that are both flexible and operationally efficient
• Ensuring common and aligned implementation within non-financial risk processes, such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Scenario Analysis, Change Risk Management and Approval including that their documentation is in place and updated to reflect the processes in operation, such as routines and working instructions
• Developing, maintaining and facilitating non-financial risk processes
• Performing risk management trainings
• Embedding new inspirational approaches to build a strong risk management culture
• Playing an integral role in providing the necessary expertise within non-financial risk management
• Acting as a trusted advisor on non-financial risk management processes
• Enhancing the risk and compliance culture by driving and developing Nordea’s future ways of working within non-financial risk management

You’ll join a Nordic Operational Risk Management team with a broad set of backgrounds and skills. We work closely with other units in the Group Risk & Compliance and with our business stakeholders. You will be located in Helsinki, Copenhagen or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:

• Extensive overall knowledge of the end-to-end non-financial risk management and risk management processes
• Strong experience from working in process development
• Previous experience in project management
• Relevant university degree or equivalent working experience  
• Excellent  English skills - written and spoken
