H&M Group Trainee Programs i Stockholm

Consumer behavior and customer expectations are rapidly changing, and so are we. The competitive landscape is being redrawn and digitalization is driving the need to transform and rethink. This presents us with many challenges, but more importantly, with many exciting opportunities.

We are currently running two Trainee Programs within the H&M group. If joining one of them, you will get a unique possibility to kick-start your career with us. You will meet many inspiring colleagues with who you will create a global internal network.

As a Trainee you will get a broad introduction to our company, from strategy and transformation to how our products are produced. We will provide you with a mentor to coach and help you navigate throughout your first year. At the same time, you will be a part of a tight-knitted Trainee group and together you will take part in training sessions and projects while adding value from day one.

Business Tech Trainee
The Business Tech organization combines AI, IT and Business Development and is an important part of the group. We deliver technological solutions to all our brands within H&M Group, aiming to exceed the expectations of our customers – all over the world. This program is for you who is eager to learn, have a great passion in tech and look forward to the possibility of handling a big amount of data. You want to be part of enabling and accelerating our business with tech innovations and solutions. 

In this program you will get introductions to our tech landscape and trainings in our ERP solution and other core systems. In addition to this you will work with hands-on assignments within our organization, learn about our core business and how it all fits together. After graduation you will be ready for a role within our Business Tech organization as a Software Engineer or Data Analyst to name a few.

Digital Growth Trainee
Today we´re reaching customers all around the world. Physical and digital channels are increasingly integrated, and the customer offer is being further optimized to ensure a relevant presence in each of our markets. As a trainee within our Digital Growth Program you'll be at the heart of the exciting shift towards an even more digital customer offer and experience.

During the program you'll work in different areas and roles linked to our digital transformation journey within the H&M Group. You will spend the majority of your time within our Head Office functions based in Stockholm. But as we're all about being close to our customers, we have a close collaboration with our reginal offices around the world and you will do rotations outside of our Head Office and be involved in cross-regionalized projects to get the global perspective of our business.

We are looking for you who are curious and enjoy doing things differently. We want you to be brave, make your voice heard and question how things are done. We want you to rethink and try the unfamiliar with an agile mindset and the ability to welcome the unexpected. But most importantly of all, we want you to be you, take ownership of your work and give it your best. 

We see that you: 

• have a degree in Business, Engineering, Data, IT or Tech. Graduating in 2021 or have up to two years of experience after finalizing your studies
• preferably have international experience from either work or studies  
• are business minded and analytical 
• have leadership qualities  
• have a genuine interest in digitalization 
• are fluent in English
