You’ll work with delivering a world class order management system to our customers - acting as a solution architect and a developer to enable the roadmap for Order Management product. Welcome to join the Order Management Product team. We provide a world class Order Management System enabling accurate fulfilment process including synchronized information with systems involved in fulfilment processes (accounting, logistics, etc.). We create Customer value by providing a friction less on-line order delivery and return processes to Customers. You’ll together with the product team be responsible for the design and architecture of the product to support H&M’s objectives and strategy, on both short and long term.

• Experience of SAP Hybris (5+ years) – It’s beneficial if you have experience of Order Management and API- & file-based integrations
• Experience of Java and JBOSS
• Experience of cloud development (preferably Azure)
• Experience of Agile WoW and development

• A broad technical understanding with developer background.
• Experience in leading and coaching developers in the implementation of projects as well with troubleshooting issues with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills, able to understand business needs and technical aspects to work with various stakeholders from all levels in the organization.
• Strong interest in understanding the business and its drivers, not only technical aspects.  
• Organized mindset and able to work in an unstructured environment.
