Within the new Business Unit called H&M Lifestyle Brands, we are building and developing the new brand H&M Beauty, which will apply the strong heritage of H&M to the Beauty industry. This will unlock hidden opportunities for growth and will add excitement and energy to our current offer. H&M Lifestyle Brands will consist of several independent brands starting with H&M HOME, H&M Beauty and H&M Sport.

Your responsibilities

As a Business Analyst your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Customer Analysis

  • Identify need for insights and new ways of working to ensure customer focus and understanding
  • Analyze customer behavior across the full customer journey - online and in store

Assortment, sales and marketing related analysis

  • Work closely with Sales, Assortment and Marketing functions to understand analysis needs and spot future business development opportunities using data
  • Perform analysis on large data sets of product and transactional data

Enable data driven decision making at H&M Beauty

  • Present findings, conclusions and suggested actions based on your analysis to colleagues across H&M Beauty
  • Develop easy to use tools and reports for actions and insights to different stakeholders within the organization
  • Participate in developing the analytical capabilities of the function

Kravspecifikation

To be successful in this role we see that you have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working with digital analytics, ideally within ecommerce
  • Relevant university degree within business, statistics or engineering
  • Strong analytical skills, you are triggered to dig into big data sets, find what is relevant and convert your insights into actionable conclusions for the rest of our organization
  • Confident in working with large data sets using SQL and extracting data by writing complex queries
  • Experienced in analyzing data in at least one of Excel/SAS/R/Python.
  • Skilled in data visualization, experience with Tableau, PowerBI is an advantage
  • Experience from working with web analysis tools and the setup of web analysis is an advantage
  • Business mindset and passionate about making a difference, experience in commercial analysis is a plus
  • Fluent in English

Ytterligare information

This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible and will be based in Stockholm. You will report to Brand Controller.
