As a Power BI Specialist in our KPI Steering Product, you will have a key role in developing quality reports and designing insightful and aesthetic dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Our product mission is to enable steering through a measurable common view and to be become fully data driven. You will be working with key business stakeholders to create new data models and Power BI reports. You will also work with product teams across Business Tech to establish a data environment that fully supports the new frontend-needs.

The ease of use and general availability of Power BI at H&M gives us the perfect vehicle for providing true Self-Service BI (SSBI) capabilities to our business user community.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a genuine interest in creating business value out of data. You are actively following the latest developments within BI tech, and you understand its potential. By sharing your knowledge, we believe you will play an important role in contributing to the H&M Group BI and data community. Furthermore, we believe you are highly experienced in working with big data and solving complex problems.
