ServiceNow Architect i Stockholm

The Product Area consists of 6 Agile Product Teams – Scaled Agile & Architecture, Service Portal & Request Automation, Ops Enablement, Asset & Master Data Management, Configuration Management and Workflow Platform and Integration. You will be a part Workflow Platform and Integrations team.

THE TEAM

Our team is responsible for innovation and development of HM´s ServiceNow platform, including providing a healthy stable and reliable platform as well as supporting many different stakeholders in their journey towards reaching their business goals. Innovation is fundamental part of our identity. The team consists of 9 people, is self-steering and working in accordance to agile methodology, and is characterized by open climate and internal dialogue, transparency and pursuit of the future.

In addition to securing a stable and well-functioning platform we also support other product teams in example HR, Security, Recruitment and new capabilities as Virtual Agent and Machine learning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have a holistic and strategic view of how the ServiceNow platform adds value and ties into the defined business outcomes
• Develop according to architecture guard rails for the ServiceNow platform
• Provide expertise for ServiceNow, including instantiation of new modules as well as helping improve and streamline existing capabilities and applications.
• Provide architectural guidance to the colleagues within your team, your product area and outside of your area
• Translate product strategies and requirements into suitable, maintainable and scalable solution design
• Identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
• Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents
• Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and POC/POC
• Drive testing and deployment of software solutions, including ensuring automated testing to ensure solution quality
• Provide high-level estimations and guidance for breakdown of work into features, epics, and stories, including identifying the need for technical spikes.
• Deliver solutions on time and identify and eliminate potential waste (e.g. unnecessary documentation, inefficient methodologies etc.)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Holistic understanding of the ServiceNow platform, architecture and design
• Min 5 years’ experience from ServiceNow as a developer
• Min 5 years’ experience from ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Integrations
• Min 3 years’ experience of Java scripting
• ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator
• Experienced in Agile Way of Working (Scrum)
• Ability to communicate clearly with and listen to your colleagues, seek feedback and speak your mind
• Ability to take action when needed and be reliable for your product team.
• It is a big plus to have process competence and tool experience of HR, GRC/IRM, CSDM
