Talent Acquisition Partner i Stockholm

We need you, with your excellent skills in building relationships with both candidates and managers, your ability of creating clarity from chaos, and tackling problems that you haven’t come across before. This role offers a lot of freedom in setting up processes the way that you feel is the smartest and most efficient. Our managers - your stakeholders - have a varying degree of experience when it comes to recruitment, which means that it will be important to coach them and help them in making good hiring decisions.

You are the champion of quality in the process, ensuring that we evaluate everything we need to evaluate before making a hiring decision. An important part of the role is to partner up with managers on long term talent acquisition strategies, advising on the best strategy to attract and recruit candidates within a certain discipline.

We are looking for someone who has experience from

• In-house recruitment
• Full-cycle recruitment 

If you have experience working in a fast-paced and global environment it will be considered a big plus, as is experience hiring and relocating candidates from other countries. Previous experience from the gaming industry can be a plus but it’s nothing we see as a requirement. 

What we are looking for is someone to hop onto a team which is in for a really exciting challenge. 2021 is shaping up to be a really exciting year full of interesting challenges from a talent perspective. We want to hear your thoughts and feedback on what you think is working and what we could be doing better. The team currently consists of three people - which means that you will have a big impact in how we do talent acquisition. We’re very much looking forward to meeting you.
