Job Description As our new Fullstack Engineer, you are part of the product development and it is your responsibility to make sure that we build the quality technical solutions to assist our customers solving their problems. At Bestrida we value self reliant engineers who can work in small teams to improve our product capabilities in an efficient way. Part of your responsibility is to design and outline architectural concepts for our growing infrastructure and make sure we are set up well for the future. You will work closely within the product team and take charge of the engineering efforts. In the background you can rely on an experienced CTO who is available for questions that might arise and who can help you to grow more into an experience tech-lead role. As always - you should be an excellent communicator, great team player and able to work with several stakeholders. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who can bring some experience in engineering to the team and who is fairly autonomous. A broad experience in software design is useful as you will be responsible for the complete life cycle of the technical implementation. Some more details that would catch our attention: * 3+ years of engineering experience or equivalent * Great written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English * Experience with front end development in React, SASS, Design Systems * Experience with python/django to build reliable and simple APIs * Heroku, AWS for hosting static content and applications What we offer * Competitive salary * Stock options * Workspace in central Stockholm / remote * Free choice of technology About Us We are new around here. We have been in business since the end of October 2020 and are now looking for people to help us take the next step. Currently, we have one full-time employee and a number of highly motivated and engaged board members. Since we come from a number of different countries, our company language is English. We are currently all working remotely but have the option to use a workspace around St. Eriksplan as soon as we are more than one full-time employee and when the pandemic allows. We are friendly, flexible and open for new ideas. The important thing for us is to develop our product offering together with you!
