Job overview
As a Project Manager within the Operations team at O’Learys, you get to work independently and get the chance to grow and develop in your role. As it is a new role it will develop over time and since we are in an expansion process the growth opportunities are endless.
The role includes being a part of the development of systems and processes to support both Franchisees and our internal teams in opening new venues.
As PM you are responsible for leading cross-chain operational maintenance and improvements projects such as our communication platform, tools for digital checklists and more. The role also includes project management of our annual internal conferences as well as development, maintenance, and communication of operational manuals.
As PM you will also from time to time lead and/or support the central organization with specific cross-functional projects.
Desired experiences and skills
At least 3 years’ experience from Project Management or similar experience. Preferably in the restaurant, event or retail business.
