O’Learys is on an exciting journey to become the number one Eatertainment company in Europe combing food, drinks with sports and activities in social settings. We currently have approximately 130 venues across the world in own operations and together with franchisees. We have an aggressive expansion plan and our ambition is to have 300 venues in 2025! We are now seeking a positive and driven Project Manager based in Stockholm to our Operations team.

Job overview

As a Project Manager within the Operations team at O’Learys, you get to work independently and get the chance to grow and develop in your role. As it is a new role it will develop over time and since we are in an expansion process the growth opportunities are endless.

The role includes being a part of the development of systems and processes to support both Franchisees and our internal teams in opening new venues. 

As PM you are responsible for leading cross-chain operational maintenance and improvements projects such as our communication platform, tools for digital checklists and more. The role also includes project management of our annual internal conferences as well as development, maintenance, and communication of operational manuals.

As PM you will also from time to time lead and/or support the central organization with specific cross-functional projects.

Desired experiences and skills

 At least 3 years’ experience from Project Management or similar experience. Preferably in the restaurant, event or retail business.

• Experience from working with construction and/or refurbishment is appreciated!
• You are used to managing your own projects and comfortable in making your own decisions.
• You are structured and used to working on several projects at the same time
• You are social and used to being part of a team and communicating both internally and externally.
• Passion for working together with many stakeholders both colleagues, franchisees and external partners
• Service oriented – wanting to support O’Learys’ franchisees and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented way of working

• A hands-on, can-do attitude and an ability to simplify
• Fluency in Swedish and English
