Let us describe the challenge we offer    

We are now seeking a curious, innovative and driven person to join our Commercial Operations team as responsible for People Experience (HR) for Volvo Cars Service Business.  You will be based in Gothenburg and report to Head of PX Commercial Operations and Head of Volvo Cars Service Business in a balanced matrix.

Cars Service Business (VCSB) is critical for Volvo Cars, and is as many other organizations within Volvo Cars going through a fundamental change to adopt to future products and our new commercial model where direct consumer sales and innovative service is the foundation. For that challenge we look for a PX leader with experience from commercial business preferably in industries like e-commers, retail, FMCG or other organizations with high focus on customer experience. You will work with strategical masterminds, so you better enjoy the challenge of making strategy come alive.

What you´ll do

This is a business-critical role and the expectation is high on us to be successful in the transition of the commercial business. We think you have deep experience from developing leaders, building culture and driving change in international organizations. You have a seat in the management team of VCSB and you are a member of the global PX management team for Commercial operations. In this matrix you will work both operationally and strategically with people and organizationally topics, spanning over a broad field of PX related topics and challenges. As in most other multinational companies you share your time between business specific work for VCSB and global corporate strategical PX initiatives. To succeed you will need to be a master in guiding and driving stakeholders through transformation and add speed to the most important challenge we currently have – Volvo Cars commercial transformation.
