Our mission at our HR (People Experience, PX) at Volvo Cars Olofström is to attract, recruit, develop, engage and retain the people that build the future for Volvo Cars. We support and facilitate Volvo Cars strategical transformation to meet the Performance Plan MP23 in strategical, operational and tactical HR deliverables.

We are now looking for an experienced PX Partner to join our team of 8 professionals, enhancing PX’s presence in the business and strengthening our daily operational support. Together you will support Olofström plant in their change journey and strengthen our PX organization even more. We at PX have the mission to drive the full people agenda in the Olofström plant. The four focus areas for us in the coming year is leadership, culture, competence and health. And our task is to make Volvo Cars Olofström the employer of choice. To meet our targets, we are now seeking a committed and passionate person to join our team.

What you´ll do

• Provide operational and tactical PX support to managers and ensure that PX is visible and a partner to achieve business goal. This contains converting People Strategy into specific activities and plans and drive the Talent Management agenda to assure right resource in right position.
• Implementing and communicating PX policies, directives and processes.
• Coach and challenge managers in their role on people-related matters. Proactively manage sickness absence through effective case management.
• Support managers and teams and execute PX deliverables in line with the respective units.

Who you are
We are looking for an ambitious new colleague with a university degree in relevant field and several years of experience within HR. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems providing insights into People related data, and fluent in both Swedish and English. It is meritorious if you have an experience from industrial business.

You have the confidence and drive to challenge others to succeed making change. You know how to build trust, engage and effectively communicate with key stakeholders. In this role you will be engaged in issues regarding Swedish labour market and build relations with Unions. We value own initiatives and your ability to plan, work structured and prioritize with a flexible mindset.
