Expert Product Owner, Digital Wealth, Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) to one of our agile teams delivering digital customer experiences linked to savings, investments and pension.

As Product Owner, you’ll play a valuable role in leading a newly established agile team with highly professional team members. The team will in the coming years, amongst other, be responsible for establishing a state-of-the-art Performance Insight solution. This will enable full insight for customers and for Nordea on how savings, investment and pensions are developing over time. This is one of the most asked for digital products by our customers and advisors. You will together with your team, and colleagues across the bank, ensure that we meet and exceed our customers expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

Together with other agile teams you are part of an Agile Release Train (refer to Scaled Agile Framework). This makes your role clear and transparent to your team and stakeholders and with the following key responsibilities

• Take ownership over distinct products/capabilities. This include commercial success, customer experience and linkage to other products/capabilities.
• Define and manage a roadmap for the products/capabilities you are responsible for.
• Overall responsible for functional and non-functional requirements of your domain.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure that priorities and deliveries are transparent and in line with Nordea strategic ambitions.
• Stay updated on business opportunities and industry trends to inspire development and priorities.
• Work closely with Business owners, Product Management and your PO colleagues. Including proactively engage and contribute to the total development roadmap.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• have proven experience from product ownership, project management or the like
• have solid knowledge and experience within the saving and investment domain and a preferably in the area of trading
• have a proven track-record with development of digital (direct-to-consumer) services and customer experiences
• experience from working with large data structures and complex IT-infrastructure
• have a master degree within a relevant area 
• fluency in English, both written and spoken
