Then we have a challenge for you. loop-it is growing and we are looking for a passionate individual to complement our core team as COO. We are on a mission to eliminate single-use item waste and developed a digital deposit system for reusable packaging. Now we are ready to expand and have been accepted onto the Nordic's Best Accelerator Sting! No sales = No loop-it! You will be working closely together with Jen, our CEO and are responsible for growing our customer base and handling internal affairs. At loop-it, we focus on the needs of our partners and build relationships. You need to get out, talk to them and understand their problems. * Acquiring new and maintaining existing partners. * Executing our core business model. * Growing and managing our sales team with City Managers across Sweden. * Handling internal business affairs. * Keeping track of our financial planning and investment strategy. Who are you? * Problem-solver and risk taker. * Someone who is persistent and gets things done. * Proactive, and able to handle uncertainty and challenges. * Curious, willing to learn, and able to give and get feedback. * Fluent in Swedish and English.
