In the role of Local Sales and Regional Distribution Center Controller you will primarily deal with operational strategy and business processes control. • Contribute to the definition of the strategy for the sales organization, including areas as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Regional Distribution centers, etc.
• Translate strategy targets into business plans, establish measurable targets and oversee forecasting process in the area of responsibility.
• Identify issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve.
• Drive appropriate cost structure, productivity optimization and capital efficiency, and identify related risks.
• Execute risk review procedures and processes in line with global policies.
• Ensure high quality and transparency of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules.
• Act as Power user for SAP Vistex module.
• Govern the daily, quarterly and annual update of transfer prices locally in Sweden to ensure correct master data in local ERP.

• Preferably Master’s degree in Economics (Finance or Accounting) or in relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Controlling role, preferably more than 5 years.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP and Abacus Analyzer.
• High level of knowledge of processes and tools in finance with strong business acumen.
• Worked with extensive customer rebates setup.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is a must as you will be working in an international organization.
