In this position, you will join the Swedish Tender Management & Technical Advisory team and take leadership in creating the most attractive offers to our customers. The role shall be reporting to Marketing and Sales Manager. We are a project driven organization and our core business is built around the control system that we often combine with an electrification package, instrumentation and other discrete automation equipment. On top we also combine the solution with a digital niche to bring even more value add to our customers.

You will work closely together with our sales team who are based in Gothenburg, Västerås, Malmö, Stockholm, Sundsvall and Umeå which means that these are possibly locations for you.

Your responsibilities
  • Work tight and in close collaboration with our project & service sales team with the aim to develop tender, both from a technical and commercial standpoint.
  • Our project varies in time and scope and you will be responsible for driving the internal resources in ABB to make all parts contribute so that we manage to come up with a solution with right quality and the best-selling arguments.
  • We always aim to improve our organization so you will also be responsible to drive strategic initiatives both externally and internally.
Your background
  • A Master of Science/Bachelor degree in any technology field.
  • Knowledge in the process industry, electrical and automation projects.
  • Being quality-conscious and appreciating the work processes being in continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Driven, flexible and customer-oriented personality.
  • Self-independent as well as a team player. You can see the overall picture just as you like the details in a full cost model.
  • Oriented to make a win-win deal where both the customers and ABB are winners.
  • Knowledge in batch management is meritorious.
  • Experience from both the public and private sector is a plus (preferably of industries, life science/pharma and F&B).
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike, is required.
