As a Software Developer, you will be part of a global team with a global responsibility. With 8 brands and almost 5000 stores on all continents our future communication tools are up for a challenge.

Your role
As Software Developer you will, in collaboration with your team, design, build and configure relevant communication channels supporting our communication departments.  You will play an important role in ensuring that HM Group set the stage for new modern communication experience containing, but is not limited to, communication channels on our Microsoft 365 platform. In your day-to-day job you will build and operate infrastructure, toolset and deployment pipelines. You will use an experimental mindset to identify, evaluate and recommend alternative design options which take target environment, performance security requirements and existing systems into account.

• Deep Knowledge in modern communication & collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365 
• Deep know how in low code development using Microsoft 365. 
• Deep experience from working together with offshore teams  
• Experience in agile ways of working. Eg SAFe   
• Master’s in computer science or equal

It is also great if you have knowledge in core infrastructure capabilities like network, access management and some experience from working in retail area with communication & collaboration business processes and solutions.

Leadership?
In this role there is also a possibility to join as a Competence Lead, which means that you have a dual focus; including both staff responsibility and contributing operationally within your product team.
