HR Business Partner i Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who wants to be part of our journey in taking our talent management to the next level. You have a broad experience within the HR area and understand that a fast-growing company where there is constant change cannot be operated with a standard formula. We are around 650 employees globally. In this position, you will work in close cooperation with a dedicated part of the organization consisting of both managers in Sweden but also managers located at our studios in Europe. As an HR Business Partner you will be a strategic partner but also handle operational tasks within the whole HR area. 

You will be part of a close-knit team in Sweden of currently nine dedicated HR professionals; HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Partners and a HR admin. You will be part of driving and executing on our people plan and delivering results together with your colleagues in the HR team. 

Your primary tasks and responsibilities

• You will establish a trusted partnership with the managers and support them to develop and retain our talents
• Coach managers to build leadership capabilities
• Partner with and support the talent acquisition team to hire some of the best talents out there
• Be on top of HR data and workforce statistics to guide the managers in improving performance, retention and engagement
• Execute on the people plan and drive local and global development projects

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years experience as an HR Specialist or HR Business Partner, with knowledge of all HR functions and best practices, preferably from companies with a global presence 
• Working knowledge and prior experience of Swedish labor law, including union relations
• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
