Ensure the readiness of the team’s backlog in a SAFe context. As the bridge between the customer, product management and the developing team you will be involved in the program roadmap, vision, and refinement.

Your tasks:

• Maximize the value of the product for users, customers, and the organization.
• Own the team backlog.
• Ensure quality of user stories.
• Take an active part in Pre-PI plannings together with the Product Manager.
• Plan PI scope for the team in line with team capacity.
• Support process improvements.

Professional requirements:

• Must have an academic degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or similar
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience being an Product Owner or similar e.g. Technical Project Lead
• Good English skills
