About the role:
You will be working in a small and ambitious team that handles all requests for new consultants to Klarna. Their job starts with reaching out to suppliers asking for new talent, on to negotiating prices and sending out contracts, then the full onboarding process and eventually an extension or termination of the contract/offboarding. Your daily work will mainly consist of administrative work but also a lot of contact with both internal and external stakeholders. In order to succeed in this role you need to be both service minded and social, but also efficient with a great eye for detail. 
 
As Klarna is growing fast this is a team with a high number of requests where things move just as fast. Embracing change and willingness to work with several tasks at once will make success in this role happen.

You daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
    • Enrolling new consultants, administrating Service Agreements
    • Work in the HR system and incoming internal inquiries in the service desk.
    • Monitor and present offers to stakeholders/hiring managers
    • Govern a smooth candidate experience ie; interviews, feedback etc.
    • Administer logic tests for consultants
    • Administrate inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
    • Continuous support to internal and external stakeholders

Following qualities will make you successful in this role:
    • A few years of work experience, preferably from a similar role
    • Goal oriented and ambitious
    • Efficient with an eye for detail
    • Enjoys administrative work 
    • Flexible and are able to prioritize between many different tasks
    • Experience from negotiation/working with external clients is a plus 
    • Social and service minded 
    • Fluent in English and ability to communicate on a business level
