As a domain administrator, you will support our domain in a number of ways. You will work in a small team focusing on organization development and support, but have your own areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:

- Responsible for booking of and any arrangements connected to meetings for different groups within the domain. 
- Coordination connected to seating plans and WFH arrangements.
- Keeping track of new joiners, leavers and making sure the data is updated periodically.
- Calendar and travel management for Domain Lead.
- Assisting our Domain Coordinator in various tasks.
- Assisting leads with complex administration connected to other domains in Klarna.
- Be the go-to person, on how to find information on recent updates both in the domain or in Klarna. Owning the information, and distributing it. Domain vacation planning and support team vacation planning.
- Support with event planning.
- Recognition in the form of gifts and arrangements for leavers on a domain level.
- Generally, you should be ready to contribute across the domain and provide structure and organization wherever possible.

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and has a can-do attitude. We expect you to be an independent player with a strong service mindset and a passion for administration appropriately done. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in calendar management, knowing when to prioritize, and a self-starter with a pragmatic approach – if you see something that needs fixing or support, you don’t hesitate to step in.

We also expect:
    • Previous experience in roles that require service skills and delivery towards short deadlines.
    • Experience from administrative & logistic work tasks.
    • Fluency skills in verbal and written English.
    • Structured and detail-oriented.
    • A person who is proactive, service-minded, and flexible.
    • A positive mindset.
