Your main responsibilities

We are looking for someone who is able to work with stakeholders and senior leadership across the company to ensure strategic alignment of the Digital Finance landscape. In this role you will be leading and developing an existing team of 100+ FTEs with a total scope spanning +40MEUR annually, encompassing the full end-to-end responsibility of the digital product used across Finance at Volvo Cars. We therefore need you to be confident in delivering target digital blueprints as well as global operational responsibility of critical financial systems across e.g. pricing, transactions, accounting, reporting, tax and treasury.

Experience

To fit in this role we believe you have worked and managed complex digital portfolios with distributed functions and teams as well as managed suppliers through outsourced and offshore deliveries. You have experience of leading agile teams working across a variety of legacy and modern technologies. From the past, you have been exposed to extensive stakeholder management and are capable to transparently share information to create a common understanding and joint direction.

You need to be strong in your communication, facilitation and presentation skills. Extra credits for:
