Borås is the distribution centre for the Online sales to the Nordic countries. We are about 750 employees and the facility operate 24 hours a day.

As a Project manager, you lead and manage projects or smaller DC improvements in alignment with regional and/or global overall project or program management. You develop project plans and workstream timelines for implementation on DC-level. You manage and track project progress and exceptions and coordinate across all involved stakeholders within DC and report to regional/global management. You manage and solve project issues and risks. You hand-over to operational teams after finalization of implementation in time and at targeted quality.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have the following qualifications/skills:

• Strong project execution, project management, planning and risk management skills
• Deep understanding of project implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes.
• Solid understanding of relevant logistics projects and initiatives as well as DC operations across functions.
• Strong ability to engage and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.
• Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation, and people development by empowering others.
• Agile mindset, positive attitude to change and meaningful growth
•  Inclusive and empathic towards others, encouraging diversity
• Good knowledge and experience in automated industry processes and daily work within LEAN or similar is a big advantage
• Overall knowledge in HSE
• Data processing, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office is a requirement
• Good understanding in Financial management and budget
• Overall knowledge within labor law
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and verbal communication

This is a full-time position starting with a probationary period of 6 months. The location is based in Borås and is part of the Logistic Region North Europe. As an Operations Manager, you report directly to the DC Manager. Start date during autumn 2021.
