The newly founded Social Eatertainment Group, owning the brands O’Learys and Harrys, is on an exciting journey to become the number one eatertainment company in Europe combing food, drinks with sports and activities in social settings. We currently have approximately >130 venues across the world in own operations and together with franchisees. We have an aggressive expansion plan and our ambition is to have 400 venues in 2025 and add other eatertainment brands to our portfolio! We are now seeking a driven and structured Brand & Concept Manager based in Stockholm to help drive our concept development efforts!
The Brand & Concept team is responsible for the concept development of all aspects of the guest experience at O’Learys and Harrys including the development of menu, games & activities, sports, music, interior design and more. We love creating social experiences for our guests where they can spend hours eating, drinking and having fun together with friends and family doing activities and/or enjoying various kinds of entertainment. The concept development is based on extensive research about our target groups in different markets as well as identifying best practices and testing concepts within our chains.
This is a key role that will cover various different tasks within the team.
The Brand and Concept Manager will be responsible for the brand, concept development and the overall guest experience at one, or several, of our brands. The role will be in charge of the brand and concept on a strategic level but also the concept development of the different parts of the guest experience such as the menu, interior design, games, social activations, music offering and more.
The role will also be in charge of managing various cross-brand projects within Social Eatertainment Group on different parts of the guest experience. Examples could be identifying the best karaoke supplier, finding the best mobile ordering solution, handling recurring campaign dishes, developing the music concept, creating concepts related to some of the games & activities offered within our venues, collecting and sharing best practice, managing menu photo shoots and more.
The role is strategic as well as hands-on so the person we’re seeking can both initiate a project and manage it on a strategic level as well as being a doer and carrying out parts of it by themself. This includes collecting target group insights, through quantative and qualitative research, to guide all parts of the concept development. This person is an ambassador for our brands and supports the organization in becoming increasingly guest focused and data-driven.
The Brand and Concept Manager works in close collaboration with other functions within Social Eatertainment Group, with our franchisees primarily through our extranet and pilot tests and manages the partnerships with several external agencies and partners.
