The newly founded Social Eatertainment Group, owning the brands O’Learys and Harrys, is on an exciting journey to become the number one eatertainment company in Europe combing food, drinks with sports and activities in social settings. We currently have approximately >130 venues across the world in own operations and together with franchisees. We have an aggressive expansion plan and our ambition is to have 400 venues in 2025 and add other eatertainment brands to our portfolio! We are now seeking a driven and structured Project Coordinator Brand & Concept based in Stockholm to help drive our concept development efforts!
The Brand & Concept team is responsible for the concept development of all aspects of the guest experience at O’Learys and Harrys including the development of menu, games & activities, sports, music, interior design and more. We love creating social experiences for our guests where they can spend hours eating, drinking and having fun together with friends and family doing activities and/or enjoying various kinds of entertainment. The concept development is based on extensive research about our target groups in different markets as well as identifying best practices and testing concepts within our chains.
The Project Coordinator is key role in the Brand & Concept team involved in many of the aspects in the guest experience.
One critical part of the role is coordinating the menu development for both O’Learys and Harrys for all markets. That includes coordinating input and insights from our target group and sales, menu template management towards our franchisees in an online marketing portal, layout creation, printing management and more.
The role will also be in charge of various cross-brand projects in other parts of the guest experience. Examples could be identifying the best karaoke supplier, finding the best mobile ordering solution, handling recurring campaign dishes, developing the music concept, creating concepts related to some of the games & activities offered within our venues, collecting and sharing best practice, managing menu photo shoots and more.
As it’s a hands-on role the person we are seeking is also a doer, who likes to see the results and impact of the efforts we launch. Given our presence in multiple markets and having two different brands we’re looking for a structured and organized person who also finds it exciting when we add additional brands to our portfolio.
The Project Coordinator works in close collaboration with other functions within Social Eatertainment Group, with our franchisees primarily through our marketing portal and manages the partnerships with several external agencies and partners.
