H&M Lifestyle Brands consists of several independent lifestyle brands building on the strong heritage of H&M but applied to other industries than fashion. H&M Lifestyle Brands are currently consisting of H&M HOME, H&M BEAUTY and have most recently added H&M SPORT to the brand portfolio.
As a Visual Merchandiser you are part of the team responsible to create the best customer experience in the physical store channel, having a shared responsibility of reaching the sales and profits KPI´s. You work closely with the full Global Go To Market Team as well as with assortment and collaborate continuously with our regions and markets globally.

To be successful in this role we believe you have a real passion for Sports and share our excitement in the opportunity in forming a new and exciting retail experience for H&M sport customers around the world.
You have professional Visual Merchandiser experience from physical retail or experience in a similar position. A customer centric mindset and strong skills in in creating the customer experience based on customer insights is also important in this role.
You are experienced in working with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe suite and/or other programs suitable for a VM role.
Collaboration and cross functional stakeholder management will be important in this role, so your ability to build trust, planning and organizing, a strategic mindset and great communication skills will be important.
