We are looking to expand our team with a service minded and communicative person with a technical know-how to help us solve customer issues. Job will require a person that is open to odd and flexible work hours due to customers calling in to get instant support, but mostly during daytime work hours (06:00 - 21:00). Issues will revolve around the product of a digital platform for access management and physical locks installed at the customers real estate. This will require the role to troubleshoot jointly with the customer, both on the technical back-end, front-end, mobile back-end, as well as customer use case.
