As an Analyst in Klarna’s Staffing Domain, you will be a part of the growing and one of the most crucial Klarna’s domains that drives Klarna’s growth. You will act as a business controller and will support the Domain Analytics Lead in steering the domain financially.
What you will do
- monthly closing activities (including accruals and P&L reviews),
- financial forecasting and budgeting processes,
- financial reporting & KPI tracking and reporting,
- proactive communication with various stakeholders, providing insights and analysis,
- dashboard work and data strategy,
- data quality improvement projects,
- close collaboration with the teams across all the domain,
- delivering ad-hoc analyses, etc.
You should have
- A degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Science, Accounting or Business).
- 3+ years of experience in controlling (business or financial) or similar analytical roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Positive solution oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills, willingness and capacity to learn new things.
- Very organized with the ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects.
- Business planning experience
- Experience with cost to hire analysis
- You are confident to be an independent player, while also enjoying being part of a team.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
- Basic SQL
