What will you be doing?

You will be part of the growing Global Consumer Operations Support Group dedicated to identifying, developing and driving changes and improvements to our global Dispute Resolution processes with the customer at the heart of your decisions. You will use analytical data as well as the observations of yourself and key stakeholders to ensure Klarna’s Dispute Resolution processes are industry leading.

Main Duties
    • Taking a proactive approach at driving and implementing Dispute Resolution Process changes and improvements.
    • Using analytical data to identify key areas in which we can improve our ways of working.
    • Working with CO teams and external stakeholders to discover and implement improvements
    • Being the go to person for Dispute Resolution queries 

Who Are You?
    • Driven to always want to improve
    • Track record in delivering high quality results
    • Strong understanding of global dispute resolution processes
    • You are self reliant and able to perform under high pressure situations
