People Experience is all about designing, building and implementing world-class structures that lead to the best employee experience in our organization. Our focus is spread across a range of areas of expertise such as Mobility/ Relocation, Compensation and Benefits, Equity, People Business Partners, Labor Law and Employee Relations, Leadership, Learning and Development, People and Culture, Onboarding, Workplace (Corporate Real Estate), Physical Security, People Systems (HRIS) and People Analytics. Across these, we look at the employee lifecycle holistically and analyze what we can optimize to equip everyone at Klarna with what they need in order to be successful. We proactively identify people challenges and work collaboratively on designing solutions never losing sight of our target audience and customer.

As your career progresses, you’ll find yourself developing expertise in these areas:

• Design and implementation of relevant processes and solutions to boost the employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Cross functional collaboration across our main areas of expertise - Compensation & Benefits, Equity, Learning & Development, Mobility, Onboarding and more.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making and change management. 
• Effective communication, tailoring content to the right audience, gaining influence and driving change.

You should have:

• A degree from a university. We don’t require any specific subject but Business, Science or Technology is a plus.
• Relevant work experience.
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
• Passion to drive employee experience to the next level.
