About the Community Manager role Global Innovation Studios is looking for a Community Manager to join our team. Candidates must be self-driven, tech-savvy professionals with experience in community growth and retention. Ultimately, your goal of providing great customer satisfaction will attract new members and lead to the growth of the community while enhancing the experience of our network. Duties include: * Working closely with the Customer Success Manager for Global Innovation Studios, encourage and develop the use of the GIS hub by community members * Coordinate with the Communications Manager on community events and initiatives * Maintain a service-forward mindset while keeping company sales goals at the forefront * Respond to members in a timely manner * Monitor, track, and report on feedback and activity Requirements * Passion and savvy for all things digital * People-person with a strong service mindset * Enjoys an international environment; favors opportunity over structure * Beneficial if experience inc/acc or have worked at a tech startup * Fluent in English is required, additional languages are qualifying
