Your mission
We are looking for someone to help build out our underwriting capabilities for large, complex automotive fleet relationships. The Business Lending Specialist will evaluate corporate business customers who wish to lease an entire fleet of vehicles. As part of the process, responsibilities will include analyzing financial statements, speaking with the customer’s management team and preparing internal credit memos to support their recommendation. In addition, the role requires monitoring of the active portfolio to ensure that the risk profile of onboarded customers is in line with expectations at origination

Skills and Qualifications:
•    A minimum of 2 – 4 years of credit analysis experience with a focus on underwriting companies. Assessing automotive fleet finance eligibility is a plus.
•    Professional experience working with operational teams in complex environments where policies and processes are not always fully defined.
•    A university education with a focus on finance, economics or business
•    Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English; preferably working proficiency in another language
