Job Description

Are you passionate about solving problems and possess the ability to work in a structured and quality-conscious manner? Do you want to develop within Cash Management, in a role close to business, yet within a global organization? For our Group Functions at Lantmännen, we are now looking for a team-oriented and communicative Cash Manager to work with us where we have business in mind and people at heart.

T his is what you will do
In the role as Cash Manager you will handle the daily operational cash management for the entire Lantmännen Group. You will work with maintaining relationships with banks, both on a national and international level, managing our cash pools to optimize liquidity and set structures for secure payments. Furthermore, you will work with bank account management but also supporting Back Office with cash payments, internal loan administration and month end closing. You will also be main responsible for the internal netting within the Group and take part in projects relating to cash management.

An important part of your task is to work closely with our internal stakeholders, our various subsidiaries, and Shared Service Centre within the Lantmännen Group. They are found in several countries and vary of size and business. You will act as a business partner, building relationships, supporting, and advising these subsidiaries in cash management and bank related matters ensuring that they are working according to Lantmännen policies and standards. Through the close collaborations, you will get unique insights in our diverse businesses, from agriculture, machinery, bioenergy to food and real estate.

You will be part of Group Treasury and Risk Management, consisting of 13 team members with different focus areas. You will be a part of a company and team where teamwork and inclusion are important for our success, and you will have the opportunity to influence your work and personal development. You will report to the Head of Cash Management & Back Office and you will work closely together with your team, as well as others within the Group. The position is located at our global head office in Stockholm.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:
You have:

  • A relevant academic degree, preferably in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Preferably up to three years' work experience. You might have experience from working in a corporate treasury function with cash management or back office, but you might also be newly graduated with a great interest within the area.
  • A good understanding in navigating and communicating in a cross-functional setting where you are used to deal with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Swedish and English.
