By establishing direct relationships with consumers all over the world, we intend to become the industry leader in online sales of electric cars. We are now looking for a People Experience (PX) Business Partner to join us in the Commercial PX team!

What you will do:

As you will be joining a growing organization that is constantly looking for talents with highly critical skills, you will have the chance to work with a broad and diverse range of HR processes and practices while embodying the company culture and values. You will be working with the full talent journey and driving inclusion and belonging. Collaboration between teams and functions will also be an important area for you to focus on.

You will guide and train new managers to embody the leadership of Volvo Cars and to represent our people processes and solutions. Your input on how our operational model can be improved to meet the needs of the tech hub and an organization in hyper growth will be valued by our central teams. You will collaborate with a network of PX Business Partners in different parts of the world, as well as our central teams like Labour affairs, Volvo Car Academy and Workplace Experience to give a few examples.

You and your skills:

We believe you have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar background, together with a few years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist. You have basic knowledge of labour laws, and a good overview of progressive HR practices and processes relevant for a growing, digitally driven, global organization. Our business language is English, and you will be based in Gothenburg.

You have a can-do attitude with a strong sense of urgency and delivery. You are recognized as a trusted advisor with high integrity, and you enjoy building relationships across the entire organization. You can work independently in a structured way and since we are an organization in constant change, the role will require a lot of flexibility, pragmatism, and a strong ability to set the right priorities.
