About us:
The Consultant Management team are Volvo Cars’ experts within recruitment and management of consultants. The team is in the start phase on a transformation journey – we are broadening our scope and strengthening our way of working to fit the future needs of our company.

We are partners to hiring managers throughout the consultant recruitment process and provide our company with the right external competence at the right time. The team is part of the Talent Acquisition department at central PX in Sweden. We collaborate with many different stakeholders such as Procurement, Digital, Recruitment, managers and external suppliers.

What you will do:
As Consultant Management Expert you support line managers in the hiring of consultants by posting job ads, screening CVs, educating new managers and handling support questions. As a member of our team you are expected to take an active role in driving our transformation and to be an ambassador for us.

Your main responsibilities will include screening and shortlisting candidates, arranging trainings for managers to introduce them to consultant management and our processes, and securing customer and stakeholder satisfaction. Your goal will be to maintain and develop our service and work with continuous improvements. You will achieve this through effective communication and relationship building with consultant companies. You will also be managing and overseeing consultant staffing processes and strategies.

Your Skills:
We believe you have a bachelors degree in a relevant field and a few years of experience working as a recruiter in technical areas such as software engineering, UX, data science, design and product engineering. This means you should be comfortable with technical profiles and have a basic understanding of engineering competencies. Preferably you also have experience from the consulting industry, ideally with experience from IT and software. 

You are comfortable working with digital tools and experience in SAP Fieldglass or other vendor management systems is beneficial. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and advising hiring managers, and have a good understanding/overview of HR processes and policies. Understanding of agile ways of working is advantageous. For this role, it is required that you are fluent in English and Swedish.

You enjoy acting as an ambassador for Volvo Cars and the Consultant Management team and feel passionate about this area of work.
