We are looking for a skilled and driven data scientist that is eager to make an impact and create value by leveraging data and machine learning. 

You will join Product Data and the CSS Matching team and work side by side with other data scientists, software engineers, and product owners, to deliver on high-impact initiatives that support our mission of empowering consumers to make well-informed purchase decisions by providing comprehensive and accurate product data.

Minimum qualifications

• Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering and machine learning.
• 2+ years of experience working as a data scientist / engineer in a customer-faced product company, preferably within E-commerce or retail.
• Experience of applying and developing algorithms and methods for classification, regression, NLP and text embeddings, similarity learning, recommendations, and personalization.

Preferred qualifications

• Python / TensorFlow / TF-serving
• SQL
• AirFlow
• AWS / SageMaker

Responsibilities

• Develop machine learning based features and services for increased automation and improved user experience.
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for, e.g., classification, similarity search, entity extraction and similar
• Design and implement pipelines and services for pre-processing, training, and serving of machine learning models and algorithms.
