This is what you will do

To succeed in our digital transformation, we are now looking for a highly skilled Solution Specialist that can help us maximize Lantmännens business performance through efficient use of Business intelligence and Analytics. You will work business oriented and close to product owners as well as the devops team as the link between business and IT. You will be responsible for ensuring maintainability and driving the development of your solutions forward. You will also be responsible for budget follow-up and ensuring the technical aspect is prioritized in business plans, delivery plans, roadmaps etc for your analytics solutions. As a Solution specialist you will be a part of two agile/devops teams where your work tasks will include discussing features/stories with the business and developers as well as analyzing incidents and ensuring the team take care of these. You will drive the continuous improvement work of our agile way of working together with Scrum master and other solution specialists. The position will work mostly with our agriculture division where we will rebuild our products in a cloud solution and therefore you will play a key role in this transformation.

As an IT Solutions Specialist, you have a prominent role with great opportunity to influence issues within your area of responsibility.

You will be located at Lantmännen's office in Stockholm or in Malmö and you will report to Head of Analytics and New Technology. Some travelling, mainly between Stockholm and Malmö, will occur.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Experience in BI/Analytics is mandatory.
• Familiar with BI/analytics concepts and tools such as data warehousing, Microsoft BI and Power BI is favorable, preferably as developer.
• Experienced in working with data and solving complex solutions.
• Previous experience from project management within IT.
• Experience in agile way of working is favorable.
• An academic degree within finance or IT.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with both business stakeholders, developers and other IT-specialists.

• Organized and structured where you efficiently plan your long-term work.
