As part of this journey, we are now introducing a new combination role as Business Solution Specialist Procurement and Planning, to be part of building the next chapter!

This is what you will do

The Business Solution Specialist role is part of the Cerealia central IT & Process function. We are responsible for all IT applications within Cerealia which means both securing maintenance and support, and to develop and improve the IT services in close co-operation with the business. One exciting example is that we are moving our ERP-system M3 from our current on-prem solution to the cloud.

In this role, the main responsibility will be to own our configuration in M3 of all Supply planning and Procurement related programs and settings. In addition, you will manage and govern the development of our other systems used for Demand and Supply planning. Together with the business you will specify new requirements and convert them into solutions. You will also support and follow up our AM suppliers where needed, driving incident and problem analysis and resolution.

In this position you will report to Manager IT Solutions, and you will be located at Lantmännens headquarters in Stockholm or at our new office in Malmö. Travelling, mainly within the Nordic countries, will be part of the position.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Advanced knowledge in M3, preferably with experience from working as a solution specialist within an IT organization, both with ERP projects and maintenance.
• Ability to configure and maintain the M3 Procurement and Supply planning (MRP) related programs
• Knowledge of system integrations e.g., API: s from and to M3. If you also have experience from working with Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox that is a great benefit.
• Strong knowledge about Procurement and Supply planning processes
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
