Sustainability Manager i Stockholm

Do you have extensive experience of helping companies develop and implement their sustainability roadmap? If yes, you have the unique opportunity to become the Sustainability Manager for Lantmännen Cerealia. You will play the central role in making sure that Lantmännen Cerealia lives up to its Science Based Targets, take substantial steps to climate neutrality and develop sustainable business models.

This is what you will do

As our Sustainability Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing and communicating LM Cerealia’s sustainability agenda through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will develop and maintain the sustainability strategy and our governance model for sustainability within Lantmännen Cerealia.

You will be responsible for making sure sustainability is integrated into our ways of working through close cooperation with process owners and other key stakeholders in the organization. You will enable the organization to live up to our sustainability standards and ambitions. You will be leading our development of our sustainability performance management and secure continuous reporting through close collaboration with critical functions within Lantmännen. Leading and managing central sustainability projects will also be part of your responsibility. You will be our primary external spokesperson in relation to sustainability and develop an extensive network internally within our group as well as with external key individuals and organizations.

The position is based in Stockholm or Malmö, and you will report to Cerealia's Chief Operating Officer. Travel occurs in this position.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Solid experience from working with sustainability development or compliance.
• Long experience from working in central roles in multi-international / global companies. Preferably from an operational context within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of direct and indirect leadership and result making.
• Experience in change management and leading strategic projects and well educated in company governance and performance management.
• Excellent language skills in English, oral and written. Swedish is highly meritorious.
