We're strengthening our Risk Management approach and seeking a dedicated Risk & Resilience Manager to join our team.

What you'll do

As the Risk & Resilience Manager, you'll lead, develop, and coordinate Risk Management across all stakeholders, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. Collaborating closely with all functions, you'll manage risks operationally and strategically, including supplier-specific, commodity, and global risks. You'll report regularly to the Procurement management team, contributing to strategic improvements in the Risk Manager role.

What you will bring

A university degree in technology and/or business is preferred, with experience in Risk Management, particularly in procurement or manufacturing. You possess a strong business mindset, and analytical and strategic thinking skills, along with excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities. Fluency in English is required, and international work experience is beneficial.
