Are you a business minded person with strong salesmanship that is up for an exciting challenge within H&M? We are now looking for a person to take on the challenge as Gift Card Responsible within Store Solutions Department, a part of the Global Sales & Operations function.  
 
You will be, responsible for driving the development of the Cash Card Program. Your responsibility stretches from driving the business development of the products in close collaboration with Online Sales, Sales & Operations teams and other stakeholders, to support all our markets with guidance and analysis in regards to gift-, promo- and merchandise cards. Gift Card is an important component to support H&M commercial objectives by attracting new customers, drive traffic and additional sales to our stores. Today the H&M gift card is sold in our stores in more than 50 countries, at HM.com and in over +50,000 external stores globally and the program has great potential to increase revenue in both existing channels and new sales channels. Our goal is to expand the program with a number of initiatives to offer customers the most exciting gift card program within the fashion industry and you will play a key role in its success!

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to)
  • Drive new project initiatives together with H&M colleagues and external partners to improve the customer offer across all channels.
  • Support H&M countries and Brands with Cash Card analysis and guidance - Monitor the performance of gift card sales, suggesting ways to develop and grow sales volume.
  • Work closely with country responsible and central functions (IT, Marketing and Visual) to manage the delivery of the strategy, drive sales and product development in current and new sales channels.
  • Responsible for supplier partnerships, managing contract negotiations and developing quality and trusted relationships.
  • Owner of support systems, business processes and operational best-practices with the responsibility to always challenge the current way of working to find improvements. 
  • Support in budgeting and forecasting.
We expect that you have
  • A master degree in business and/or engineering
  • 3 year’s work experience
  • Project management skills/profile
  • Strong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working
  • Experience from managing external partners (contract, requirements, negotiations etc)
  • International experience, from studying or working abroad
  • Experience from working in a large company 
  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
  • The possibility to travel

You will be based at the Marievik office in Liljeholmen but working 1-2 days per week at the City Head office.
