H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way. We are an expanding function – over the past three years we have opened more than 25 new markets. This global digital journey will continue with the opening of several new markets in the years ahead. To reach our goal to become the #1 global online fashion destination we need creative and sales oriented talents with strong interest in e-commerce. Are you ready for this challenge?
We are now looking for a UX Designer to join the Digital Store Concept team. We are a team of UX Designers and Service Designers who together are responsible for the end-to-end digital experience of our customers. As a UX Designer at H&M you will get the chance to work in a global company where your work will affect our customers on all H&M markets.
Your responsibilities
The job of a UX Designer at H&M Online Sales comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun. Your main responsibilities are to:
- Develop user journeys, detailed wireframes and prototypes for mobile apps and responsive web for various markets
- Participate in and lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Research user behaviors and turn these insights into value-adding products and services
- Plan and conduct usability tests
- Collaborate with Business Developers, Visual Designers, Developers and other business stakeholders
- Be the voice and advocate of the customer, constantly up-to-date with the latest trends, design possibilities and thinking within digital product design
Your skills

- Detailed interaction design for responsive web as well as mobile apps, concept development, and prototyping are not new concepts for you.

You are an excellent communicator with analytical thinking and problem solving skills that loves to turn complex requirements into beautiful crafted interfaces.

It motivates you to drive design projects, take initiatives and be dependable, yet a true team player willing to share your skills and experience with the rest of the design team and organization.

You are comfortable collaborating with business stakeholders and developers alike and delivering on tough deadlines.

You have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Cognitive science or related fields.

You have an interest in, or preferable experience from, working with e/m-commerce and/or marketing.
