We are looking for a driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with passion for business and people
 
H&M Buying Office is a part of H&M Head Office, with responsibility for creating the best assortment and products. We have a multi-cultural environment with many international colleagues who all share a passion for fashion.
As HRBP you will work as a generalist and contribute to business success by attract, recruit, develop and keep the best talents and competences. You will work strategically as well as operatively within a wide range of HR areas for two divisions at H&M Buying Office.
 
The position is located in the heart of Stockholm, and is a time limited employment for 12 months with chance to prolonging.
 
Your mission as a HRBP
  • Create and implement an HR strategy for the divisions, that correlates with business goals.
  • Manage and secure People Management processes, i.e. workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, performance support (learning) and succession planning, employee relation; labor law, work environment, compensation & benefits
  • Through analysis of available relevant statistics & KPIs ensure the right HR activities.
  • Continuously evaluate HR processes, communicate to responsible stakeholder and act accordingly to the identified gaps
  • Act proactively as a consultative and coaching partner towards managers
     
Your background
  • Academic degree within Human Resources
  • Several years of working as a HRBP for a big company or unit where changes is a natural part of the daily business, or as a HR manager for a smaller business.
  • Good knowledge and experience within labor law and work environment
  • Several years of working with recruitment, succession planning and talent management
  • Used to coach and support leaders at different levels
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Clear communication skills in English
 
Your personality
  • You must love the mix of an operational and strategic role, with many different contact areas
  • You must have the ability to work independent and proactively.
  • You have a good overview perspective and the ability to prioritize
  • Independency, result drive, flexibility and integrity is characteristics that are very important to have to be successful in the role.
