We are now looking for a new star to take on the challenge as Business Project Manager within the Store Solutions Department, a part of the Global Sales & Operations function.
The Store Solution Departments supports the sales and store operations world-wide by building modern retail solutions. With the mission to modernize the stores within the H&M group we work to develop our stores and to offer a great customer experience. We are driving change for the H&M group within areas such as digital and mobile experiences in store, checkout, payments, stock management, music solutions, store tools, communication and collaboration tools for staff etc. This is done in close collaboration with central functions and country organizations.
Our projects are global and cover all our stores, brands and markets (+4.300 stores, six brands, +60 markets and growing).
As Business Project Manager your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Capturing and analyzing business needs

Working closely to country managements, local project teams and central functions to secure development and smooth country implementations

Driving business change management within country projects to ensure operational readiness and successful user implementations

Supporting several country project implementations in parallel

Driving and implementing improvement initiatives

Driving continuous improvements in ways of working
A successful candidate should have the following qualifications/experiences:
-
A Master’s degree in business/economics and/or engineering
-
5 years of relevant work experience (preferably in a cross functional environment)

International experience from studying or working abroad
-
Project management skills/profile (preferably within change management and retail)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
A “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working
-
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
