BSR Workforce Managment Team i Stockholm

Are you a Controller that wants to help our stores to put the right number of right people in the right place at the right time?

 

This is what we do every day in WorkForce Management.

 

As a Business System Responsible you will be part of a brand new organization (Workforce Management Team) that is supporting Planning, Scheduling and Reporting through systems used in all stores for all brands.
 
Your responsibilities:
Your goal as a BSR is to secure the quality of the systems in cooperation with IT, make sure that the deliveries are matching the business requirements and work to find opportunities in future development.
The role contains both hands on responsibilities such as being an expert user in different systems and supporting others, but also strategic tasks such as analyzing data and optimizing processes and calculations.
 
You will be a key support for our Controllers, Store and Logistic users, IT and other H&M Central functions.
 
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
  • Controlling experience with a strong business and profitability mind-set
  • Strong analytical skills
  • A University degree within the Business Area
  • Ability to educate
  • Good system knowledge
  • Fluent English skills, both in speech and writing
