As a customer service retention agent, your job exists of two different parts. Your job will be to assure the retaining of clients that want to cancel their superscription. Next to this, you're also responsible for the customer service side of things for incoming calls. This means it's a very versatile role where u can really grow into!

Vad vi ber om:
- You finished a higher education.
- You have a minimum of 6 month experience in any sales role.
- Native level of spoken and written Danish (mandatory);
- Good level of English (minimum B2);
- Sales experience, as well as the drive to work with targets;
- Contact Center experience is a plus;
- Good working knowledge of computers, MS Office and common internet applications;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Willing to work in shifts, 24/7.
