Swedish and Finnish speaking Customer relation & support representative – Part time i Stockholm

Founded in 2000, Buildercom is one of Finland's leading providers of information management solutions for companies in the Real Estate and Construction sector. The company's cloud-based platform includes solutions for asset and project management & facility maintenance. Buildercom has offices in Helsinki and Jyväskylä. Buildercom is owned by Swedish investment company Ceder Capital.

The customer base is today mainly located in Finland. As part of the company's expansion plan, Buildercom is now looking for a Customer relation & support representative for the Swedish market. The position is part time and with high flexibility – well suited to combine with ongoing studies. You will mainly work from our customer's offices in the Stockholm region, but should also be able to work from home. Fluent Swedish and Finnish is a requirement.

No specific technical skills or work experience are required but the right candidate has strong general IT-knowledge and an interest in technology. The position includes a one-week paid on-site system introduction and education at Buildercom's HQ in Jyväskylä, Finland.
