What makes Buying at H&M exciting?
At H&M it´s all about teamwork! You’ll be working at our Head Office in Stockholm, together with Pattern Makers, Designers and Business Controllers, developing new collections for all H&M sales markets globally.

In the role as Buyer Assistant your responsibility will be sample handling, order follow up and order quantification. You will also take part in the product development process, assortment planning and assortment building. Sales follow-up and analysis will be another key area of your everyday job.

We’re looking for someone who has an eye for global commercial trends and a sixth sense for what will sell – all over the world. Driving sales is always our focus. That’s why you also need to be good at planning and checking lead times, and constantly searching for new sales opportunities.

We believe our next Buyer Assistant:

• Has passion for fashion
• is driven and sales oriented
• has experience in retail
• is analytic and has a sense for numbers
• has a talent for product development or an eye for visuals.

It’s an advantage if you also have:

• A proven textile education / buying education
• experience in buying
• experience in online business.
