We are now looking for a new star to take on the challenge as Business Solution Acceptance Responsible within New Business Online (NBO), a part of the New Business Group within H&M.

The New Business Group incorporates COS, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday, & Other Stories, H&M Home and any new brand initiative within the H&M Group. New Business Online (NBO) is a central support function that supports the brands with business development, operations and expansion.

As Business Solution Acceptance responsible your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare and support Business responsibles for Business Acceptance Tests.
• Responsible for defining the overall quality requirements, business acceptance scenarios and acceptance criterias, together the Business Solution Analysts and Responsibles.
• Close cooperation and communication with key stakeholders on Business and IT, both on receiving and delivery points (Brands, Suppliers, IT, Appeaser program)
• Responsible for overall improvements regarding the quality and delivery process for the Business Solution

In order to be successful, we believe you have:

• Experience of working as business test leader in complex or large projects.
• Experience in leadership and educating and support of team members.
• A great interest in e-commerce and retail.
• Ability to co-ordinate work and assume a leading role in an initiative, group or in distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Ability to visualize and present business needs and related impact analysis.
• Ability to communicate with different types of people and roles within both business and IT.
• Experience working with external suppliers.
• Problem solving skills and see opportunities.
• Flexibility, accuracy, structure and non-prestige.
• Experience with Jira, ALM or similar
